"I have had the opportunity of being on two of Rob’s courses – Learn to Lead and Introduction to Sea Cliff Climbing.
The most momentous course for me was the Learn to Lead Course. Before this I always felt that I was a passenger rather than a real contributor.
With Rob’s guidance, patience and obvious interest in helping the individual fulfil their potential I feel that that weekend was a major factor in the confidence I have gained to tackle what is to me some pretty stretching climbing.
I spent the whole weekend with the biggest smile on my face and it gave me so much self belief and understanding of my abilities that I now feel I am a contributor and a dependable climbing partner.

His teaching manner is very good; if you do something wrong he explains what you have done wrong, what could go wrong, and how to do it correctly, all without shouting. He has given me the confidence and knowledge to climb up that rock face, all I need now is the time to do it."
