Climbing frozen waterfalls is nowadays becoming more and more a popular activity amongst British climbers. Not long ago however, the sport was still viewed as a strange continental activity, fit only for the most adventurous.

Programme
Day 0 Course briefing and kit check, discuss plans.
Day 1-5 Classic ice fall climbs in the area with ascents and skills tailored to your requirements.
Foundation skills

· Winter Belaying
Intermediate skills
· Ice screws and protection
· Stance organisation
· Abolakov anchors
· Descending safely

· 5 days guiding & instruction with top UIAGM Guides
